ConnectLink Terms of Service

By accessing or using ConnectLink, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the service immediately.

ConnectLink is an AI-powered Discord bot designed to connect users based on shared interests. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using ConnectLink for inappropriate messaging, harassment, or abuse of other users.
  • Attempting to trick, manipulate, or exploit the AI system (e.g., bypassing filters or providing false information).
  • Sharing or promoting not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content.
  • Violating Discord’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

4. Data Handling

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services, including your Discord user ID and messages sent to the bot, other users and inetrest based tags about yourself. All data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR.

5. Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ConnectLink without notice if you engage in any prohibited activities or violate these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapticDev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ConnectLink. This limitation applies even if TapticDev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our Discord server or website. Continued use of ConnectLink after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
