ARX Chat Terms of Service

By accessing or using ARX Chat, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the service immediately.

ARX Chat is a privacy-first AI chat service designed to provide end-to-end encrypted conversations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Privacy-First Design

ARX Chat is built with end-to-end encryption, meaning your data is encrypted before it leaves your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient. We cannot access, read, or share your data.

4. Discord Version Privacy Risks

While ARX Chat is designed to be privacy-first, using it over Discord may introduce privacy risks due to Discord's lack of end-to-end encryption. For maximum privacy, we recommend using the standalone/web version of ARX Chat.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the service.
  • Using ARX Chat for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Attempting to bypass or manipulate the AI system.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ARX Chat without notice if you engage in any prohibited activities or violate these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapticDev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ARX Chat. This limitation applies even if TapticDev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or Discord server. Continued use of ARX Chat after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
